There are a couple of reasons why a promotion may not be working.
It could be that:
(a) the promotion has expired
(b) the promo code was entered incorrectly
To avoid any issues, we suggest manually entering the promo code instead of copying and pasting it as some browsers will attach formatting. Sometimes, copying and pasting can add extra spacing in the text field, which can cause hiccups!
