My credit card has expired, why was payment successful?

Our subscription services (Business Made Simple and Hero on a Mission) require a credit card, due to the auto renewing nature of the account. Banks will often honor subscription payments if the account is active but the expiration date has changed. You may contact your bank or simply cancel your account if you wish this to not be the case.
