Is it possible to transfer my Business Made Simple platform progress?

Here are a few scenarios to consider:

  • Move my progress from an Individual Plan to a Team Plan
    • If you currently have your own Individual Plan on BMS and you receive an invite to join a Team Plan with a colleague, you can retain your previous points and progress by using the same email address (the invite will need to be sent to your current email address). However, if you decide to use a new email address, your previous progress will remain associated with the old email address.
  • Move progress from a different email address
    • If you decide to sign up with BMS using a new email address, your previous progress will remain associated with the old email address. (Ex: You initially sign up for BMS with a work email address and leave the company or decide to sign up again with a personal email address). We would suggest changing your email address within your BMS Account settings instead!
