Why does my onboarding in the Coach Builder software still indicate that an item is incomplete?
Use the AI helper inside onboarding
During onboarding, there’s an AI helper built right into the experience that can generate an example coaching outline for you. It’s designed to walk you through the process step-by-step and make getting started really simple.
If you manually created a client outside of the guided onboarding flow:
- Refresh your browser
- Log out and back in
- Open the Getting Started guide and return to onboarding
- Try creating a temporary test client through onboarding
Still not updating?
Reach out to the Support Team and include:
- A screenshot of your onboarding checklist
- A screenshot of your Client Dashboard showing your client
- The email address associated with your Coach Builder software account
That will help us investigate whether your onboarding progress isn’t syncing correctly!
