If you have opted out of receiving emails, but you continue to receive them, there are a few possible reasons for this.
First, it is important to check that you have successfully completed the opt-out process. If you only opt out of a specific campaign, you will continue to receive emails from others in which you are still opted in. At the bottom of each email, you'll have the opportunity to opt out of specific campaigns (or unsubscribe from all), if you wish.
If you happen to be receiving emails even after opting out, it could be because you have used multiple email addresses to opt in. Even if you have already opted out using one email address, the emails may still be sent to another address associated with your account.
