I want to delete my StoryBrand.ai account

At this time, StoryBrand.ai does not offer a self-service option to permanently delete your account from within the platform.

This is intentional, as StoryBrand.ai includes a free account option for users who choose to continue using the platform without an active paid subscription.

If you would like your account permanently deleted, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@storybrand.ai, and we'll be happy to assist you with your request!

Note: If you only want to stop being billed, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it will not delete your account or remove your saved content.
