In order to avoid auto-renewal, cancel within your Business Made Simple account. Please log in at www.businessmadesimple.com and navigate to the account icon at the top right of the screen to select "account".
Select the "my subscription" tab and scroll down to click the cancel link to put a cancelation in place. You will retain access for the duration of your paid subscription.
